Helen’s role is Agency Assistant for the Knutsford office and effectively has sole responsibility for all agency related enquires from lettings, estate agency and commercial sales and lettings This involves setting up and marketing properties, conducting viewings and assisting with market appraisals, setting up tenancies and agreeing sales. She is the face of all things agency for the Knutsford office for all the estates they manage and extraneous clients. In addition, Helen carries out the main reception duties for the office. Helen has been in the industry for thirteen years, primarily in lettings throughout East and South Cheshire and North Wales. Helen started her agency career with Countrywide Property Group before moving on to Strutt & Parker in Chester to head up their letting department before moving into country sales. Helen passed her NAEA diploma in Residential Sales in 2011 and ARLA exams in 2002.
