Leaning on almost 18 years of real estate experience, education in economics, and entrepreneurial spirit, I broker, negotiate, and handle real estate transactions in the greater New York City region and New Jersey. Solo Real Estate Corp. and Solo Real Estate II PC, are real estate brokerages that focuses on industrial, commercial, and development real estate projects.
I have earned a reputation as an effective real estate broker with a track record of completing my listings (commercial and industrial), filling lease vacancies, and exceeding market comparables. Solo Real Estate Corp. maintains a relationship with the clients beyond closing, maintaining dual client relationships, to assist in property management, landlord-tenant issues, etc.
I feel a great sense of fulfillment in doing my best and performing at my best for the success of my clients. I’m constantly identifying new areas of real estate where I can find a deeper knowledge and higher level of success to achieve. I’ve recently set my sights on growth within the real estate development sector. An area of real estate that’s always appealed to me, real estate development would allow me to get in on the ground floor of a new venture and see a new construction product through to completion—it’s incredibly rewarding.
Building on a network of clients, I value lending my detail-oriented nature, drive, and focus to each project. Be it the acquisition, financial underwriting, financial modeling and analysis, preparation of packages, general transaction management, or untangling an issue that has arisen within a live project, I’m well equipped with the communication and prioritization skills to get the job done.
