Henry oversees the sourcing and evaluation of new multifamily development opportunities for Continental, leading all aspects of underwriting, negotiations, and investment committee preparation. He manages projects from initial pursuit through contract execution and closing, ensuring alignment with Continental’s strategic growth objectives.
Prior to joining Continental Properties in 2023, Henry was a member of Waterton’s acquisitions team in Chicago, IL, helping source value-add acquisition opportunities across the country, with transacted acquisitions totaling over $1B.
