Henry joined BKM Management Company in 2026 as Leasing Manager. At BKM, he manages and oversees leasing efforts over all markets in the Texas industrial portfolio. Before BKM, Henry was an industrial broker at a Houston firm, where he specialized in Landlord and Tenant Representation. In this role, he represented and successfully negotiated lease & sale transactions for millions of square feet, resulting in an aggregate deal volume exceeding $35,000,000.
