As Senior Vice President of Real Estate, I specialize in retail investment sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation, advising property owners, investors, developers, and businesses through acquisition, disposition, leasing, and expansion.
My practice focuses on understanding the real estate and business fundamentals behind every transaction. I work with investors to evaluate and market retail assets, identify opportunities to maximize value, and structure transactions that align with their investment objectives.
On the landlord representation side, I advise owners of shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and freestanding retail properties on leasing strategy, tenant mix, positioning, negotiations, and long-term asset value. The goal is not simply to fill vacancies, but to create a tenant lineup that strengthens the property and supports sustainable performance.
For tenant representation, I work with local, regional, and expanding retail and restaurant concepts to identify locations, analyze markets, negotiate favorable lease terms, and develop strategic expansion plans. I help clients evaluate opportunities from both an operational and real estate perspective so each location supports the business's long-term growth.
