Bio
Herbert Myers joined Investcorp in 2000 and currently serves as the Global Co-Head of Real Assets, one of Investcorp’s four global business verticals, with approximately $15 billion in assets under management. In this role, Herb, alongside Co-Head Michael O’Brien, oversees all aspects of Investcorp’s four global real estate investment platforms, as well as its global infrastructure lines of business. Previously, Herb was the Co-Head of Investcorp’s US Real Estate line of business, and prior to that, he served as Head of US Real Estate Acquisitions. He is also a member of the investment committee for all global real estate and infrastructure investments. Throughout his long tenure at Investcorp, Herb has overseen a platform that has deployed equity in real estate transactions totaling nearly $25 billion in gross asset value, establishing Investcorp as a top 5 cross-border investor in US real estate.
Before joining Investcorp, Herb worked at JP Morgan Asset Management in New York as a Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Group. He also served as an associate in real estate investment sales at Eastdil Realty Company and as a Senior Associate in real estate leasing at Peter R. Friedman Ltd.
Prior to joining Investcorp, Myers spent four years as a Vice President in the real estate investment group at JP Morgan Asset Management in New York. Previously, he was an Associate in real estate investment sales at Eastdil Realty Company and a Senior Associate in real estate leasing at Peter R Friedman Ltd.
He holds a BA in Organizational Management from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia University.
