Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Hilary spent her career in corporate/high-tech sales, including tenure at Google as well as time spent at some of Silicon Valley's fastest-growing start-ups. She has closed deals ranging from ten thousand dollars to twenty-five million dollars.
She began her Pennsylvania real estate career almost three years ago as a local Beaver County Real Estate Investor with a rapidly growing local Facebook Group, "Beaver County Local Real Estate Investors". Hilary always wanted to become an agent, so in 2020 she earned her Pennsylvania real estate license and immediately started helping buyers and sellers.
Hilary’s extensive corporate sales exposure unequivocally offers her clients a formally trained and established negotiator, which is necessary for all real estate transactions. Her time in Silicon Valley exposed her to various methods of marketing that are unique and new to the professional real estate market but has helped her buyers be first in line to find great homes and puts her listings front and center to the area's strongest buyers.
