Hillary has been an integral part of Hubbard for over a decade, demonstrating versatility and dedication across various roles. Starting as a data entry temp, Hillary advanced through positions including PM Accounting, Assistant Property Manager, HR & Marketing, and now serves as the Director of HR & Office Administration. Her journey exemplifies a commitment to growth and excellence.
Hillary’s educational achievements include completing a Facilities Maintenance Tech certificate, OSHA Certification, and Universal EPA Certification through Forsyth Tech. A Notary Public, she is also pursuing her SHRM Certification to deepen her expertise in Human Resources. As a recent member of the Winston-Salem SHRM Chapter, Hillary remains dedicated to professional development and networking within the HR community.
Outside of work, Hillary finds joy in spending time with her three wonderful children and enthusiastically coordinating company events, fostering connections and a positive workplace culture.
