PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Hiloh Izumo is currently Vice President with Paine/Wetzel. Joining the firm, Mr. Izumo specializes in the leasing and purchase of commercial/industrial properties. He has sold properties throughout the Midwest, but concentrates most of his time and energies in Chicago and the Chicago suburban market. Mr. Izumo’s experience includes the leasing of speculative facilities and the purchase of vacant land.
He began his business career in Japan at an export/import trading company. In 1990 he started his real estate career at Baird & Warner by concentrating in the Chicago and Chicago suburban markets and has worked with many tenants in the leasing and purchasing of office/industrial properties.
