Hollie Simunovic is Vice President of Jamestown Services at Jamestown. She is responsible for leading the retail strategy and placemaking initiatives for assets across the Americas. Prior to joining Jamestown, Ms. Simunovic was a retail leasing broker with CBRE, where she led leasing execution and advised on the positioning and placemaking of high-profile assets. She has successfully repositioned many iconic asset types including high street retail, mixed use developments, and specialty lifestyle projects. Ms. Simunovic holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in California and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Arizona.
