Bio
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors who seek clear guidance, honest perspectives, and thoughtful strategies when making real estate decisions across Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Most clients don’t come with everything figured out. They come with questions, uncertainty, and a desire to make the right move. My role is to help you sort through the noise, understand your options, and move forward with confidence when the timing feels right. How I Work With Clients I approach real estate as an advisory role, not a sales role. That distinction matters. My responsibility is not to push decisions forward. It is to help you understand the full picture before you commit to something that affects your finances, your family, or your long-term plans. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I explain things clearly, without pressure or jargon. Whether we’re reviewing pricing, evaluating timing, comparing options, or negotiating terms, my goal is to make sure you understand what’s happening and why, not just what the next step is. Perspective I believe in being honest about risks and tradeoffs. Every property, every offer, and every market moment has upside and downside. Part of my job is to point out what you might be missing so you can make decisions you feel confident about long after closing, not just in the moment. My Background Before focusing full-time on real estate, I spent over two decades building and running my own technology business. That experience shaped how I think, how I communicate, and how I guide people through complex decisions. When you’ve spent years leading a company, managing risk, solving problems, and making high-stakes choices, you learn quickly that clarity matters more than speed. Why Experience Matters That background carries directly into my real estate work. I’m used to breaking complex situations into clear options, explaining tradeoffs, and helping people see the full picture before they commit. Whether it’s evaluating pricing, reviewing inspection issues, structuring an offer, or deciding when not to move forward, I bring the same structured thinking and calm decision-making to the process. I’ve also been personally involved in real estate for many years as a buyer, seller, and investor, long before I became licensed. That perspective allows me to understand what these decisions feel like from the client side of the table, not just from the professional side.
