Howard manages the firm’s capital and relationships with capital providers. At Kolter, he has been involved with the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of over $9 billion of transactions (both in-process and realized).
Previous real estate-related work includes as managing principal of a CBRE Global Investors fund in London and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in London and New York. Howard earned his BA from Queen’s University (Canada), an MSc from the London School of Economics and an LLB from Cambridge University.
Outside Kolter, Howard holds board or committee-level positions for Habitat for Humanity Palm Beach County, the Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and The Taft School Fund.
