Career Summary:
Howard joined Grubb & Ellis as vice president and managing broker in 2008 when the company re-established an owned office in Tucson. He was previously a member of the top-producing team at CB Richard Ellis. Focusing on industrial, office and investments, his performance has led to the sale or lease of more than 6 million square feet of buildings and 325 acres of land, generating in excess of $400 million in total consideration. Howard was named to Tucson Business Edge’s 2008 40 Under 40 list, which recognizes successful local professionals under the age of 40 who have made positive contributions to the business and local community. He also received the 2008 Up and Comers award from Inside Tucson Business. At Grubb & Ellis, Howard is also a member of the Private Capital Markets practice group, which focuses on acquisitions and dispositions for private client investments.
