Howard specialises in retail portfolio and Lease Consultancy, on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants, across the UK, together with associated Rating work.
Educated at Hutton Grammar School, Preston and Leicester Polytechnic, he has worked in the property industry since 1983, initially with one of London’s leading West End Retail Practices between 1985 and 1993, before moving to the North-West and co-founding kenneymoore.
Having extensive knowledge of the UK prime retail markets enables Howard to advise clients on the acquisition of new stores and disposals, both of which are key elements of an actively managed property portfolio.
