Bio
Howard Curd is an Associate with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Howard joined Surmount in 2019 and currently works on the ICG team focusing on underwriting real estate fundamentals, the development and execution of sale leaseback programs and coordinating disposition programs.
Howard has developed and executed these programs for some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies, including publicly traded REITs, public and private franchisors, franchisees, and developers. Howard has directly aided in the sale of over $200 million of real estate transactions.
Howard graduated from The University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, while serving as the President of his class.
