Hoyt Murphy grew up in his family real estate business that was established in 1949. Hoyt has been one of the leading commercial brokers on the Treasure Coast since 1981. Hoyt graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a major in Real Estate. He led his family's business for over 20 years, overseeing the top commercial firm in St. Lucie County for commercial sales, management and leasing. Hoyt has brokered numerous large land transactions on the Treasure Coast as well as commercial and industrial properties. He has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers with their commercial real estate needs. Hoyt has been active in many facets of volunteer work in St. Lucie County. He has served on the board of the Fort Pierce Rotary Club and is currently on the local Salvation Army Board as well as the Treasure Coast Research and Development Authority Board.
