Humberto Arechiga serves as an asset manager and real estate analyst for KA Enterprises. He supports acquisitions, developments, and asset management within the real estate portfolio. Prior to joining KA Enterprises, Humberto was a fixed income trader and analyst with D.B. Fitzpatrick & Co., an asset management firm with $1.2 billion AUM. There, he specialized in Mortgage-Backed Securities, Corporate, Treasury and Government debt. Additionally, as a member of DBF's Mortgage Investment Committee he was responsible for underwriting and analysis of commercial real estate mortgage applications and their underlying collateral.
Humberto earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelors in Finance with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Boise State University. He served 5 years in the Marine Corps and completed 3 deployments overseas.
