Bio
Hunter spent the last decade at Lincoln Property Company focused on the leasing, marketing, and development of retail and mixed-use assets. His role included tenant curation, underwriting, site design and construction coordination. From urban core to traditional retail, he has cultivated an expertise in driving value for owners. Notable projects include 8111 Douglas, 2500 Cedar Springs, The Star, Turtle Creek Village, Gates of Prosper, Braniff Center, Castle Hills and Arboretum Village
Prior to joining Lincoln, Hunter worked as a trader and analyst at Fort Worth based Corriente Advisors, a $1 billion hedge fund focused on identifying broad, macro themed investment strategies.
Hunter grew up in Fort Worth and is a fifth generation Texan. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from SMU in 2008 and a Master’s in Business from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business in 2015.
