He offers extensive expertise in buyer and seller representation, landlord and tenant representation, demographic and strategic analysis, lease abstracting, and financial analysis.
With a focus on retail, industrial, healthcare, and office properties, Hunter brings a broad skill set that benefits both his clients and the Tradition Commercial Real Estate team.
Hunter earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas – Opus College of Business and achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in the fall of 2025 — a prestigious credential that reflects his deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry.
A proud Twin Cities native, Hunter resides in Edina, Minnesota, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching hockey, fishing, hunting, and exploring the outdoors.
