Ian specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout Southern California, specifically in Orange County. His market knowledge, unrelenting work ethic, and professionalism have leveraged his relationships with private investors, developers, institutions, and 1031 exchange buyers. Ian’s comprehensive industry knowledge and experience has positioned him to provide his clients with unparalleled service to meet their investment strategies and goals.
Ian graduated from The University of Arizona with a degree in political science with an emphasis in international relations and business. As well as a minor in business administration and finance. At U of A, Ian was part of the United States Marine Corps Platoon Leadership Course (PLC), where he developed skills in leadership and management. Ian has previous work experience in finance (wealth management) and real estate brokerage and joined the Marcus & Millichap team in 2019 to pursue a career in industrial real estate.
