Ian Edmonson is the broker and owner of E&A Real Estate. Ian has had the opportunity to sell luxury Ocean & Intracoastal real estate in South Florida all the while branching into commercial applications along the way. He started E&A Real Estate over Five years ago here in St. Augustine and has been a resident of St. Augustine Beach for the past ten years. Mr. Edmonson largely manages 40,000 square feet of office and retail space in Downtown St. Augustine currently. Also, Mr. Edmonson currently serves as MLS President Elect for the St. Augustine/St. Johns County Board of Realtors, FR Commercial Committee, FR YPN Committee and recently and serves in the FR Leadership Academy Committee. and graduate from the Florida Realtor Leadership Academy 2012.
Mr. Edmonson has been a licensed real estate professional since 1994, licensed real estate broker since 1999 and holds a Community Association Management license (CAM). In addition to spending time with his two daughters and close friends. Mr. Edmonson loves spending time out on the water boating, surfing, or playing in the ocean.
