Elliott joins as a Partner, specialising in hotel valuations across the UK and Europe, bringing more than 20 years of sector experience and a decade in development and transactions. He strengthens Newmark’s capabilities across hotel portfolio and loan security valuations, with specialist expertise in non-urban hotels, resorts, mixed-use development and expert witness work. Last year, he advised on assets with an aggregate value exceeding £15 billion. He joins from Avison Young where he was Head of Hotels. Prior to Avison Young, Elliott was Head of Hotels at Knight Frank.
