For over 20 years, Ian has been a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and family offices looking for investment or real estate advisory services. This includes the selection and acquisition of specific assets on a national level as well as existing portfolio underwriting, deal execution and development services. Ian is an instrumental resource for his clients real estate decisions.
In addition to investment advisory services, Ian has represented several national and regional restaurant and retail operators in their site selection and strategic expansion.
On the institutional side, Ian has consulted with influential landlords such as Westfield, Brookfield, and Shea Properties in their acquisition and development of major properties. Ian is the recipient of both the Bixby Company Broker Award and The Irvine Company Broker of the Year award.
His industry credentials also include a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which is held by only 6% of CRE professionals nationwide.
