Ian is an Associate Member of the Net Leased Properties Group & National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the brokerage of Net Leased Assets and Multi-Tenant Shopping Centers across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region. He joined Marcus & Millichap in October 2021 as a part of the inaugural William A. Millichap Fellowship Program. Being a Denver native, he is able to use his local expertise to compliment his national market knowledge. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap he graduated from The Leeds School of Business at Colorado University Boulder in 2020, with a dual emphasis in Real Estate and Marketing.
