Ian McKee is one of the founding partners of GLM, established in 1995, and currently serves as Executive Chairman. He is a chartered building surveyor with a strong academic background and extensive experience across the full spectrum of building surveying services. In 2016, he held the position of Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Scotland.
His professional expertise includes project management, major dilapidations claims, building condition surveys, refurbishment, and property management. Ian has a particular focus on the hotel and leisure sectors and leads a multidisciplinary team of architects and building surveyors. His interests span both technical and strategic aspects of the profession.
