I advise organizations on real estate strategy, portfolio planning, and infrastructure-driven transactions across both office portfolios and mission-critical facilities. My work blends financial analysis, operational planning, and long-range infrastructure strategy.
Before joining Lincoln Property Company, I spent nearly 20 years at Savills, where I co-founded and co-led the Critical Facilities practice. I’ve guided clients evaluating data center sites, corporate campuses, and complex headquarters moves, and I’ve led financial structuring, site selection, and consensus-building for multi-party transactions.
I began my career as a software developer at Citigroup and later joined Studley/Savills in 2005 as part of the Corporate Services Group, which combined corporate-finance analytics, real estate strategy, and structured decision-making to guide portfolio planning, an approach that still shapes my work today.
I also advise nonprofit organizations on strategic planning, financial modeling, and portfolio alignment.
