Ilya grew up in a family of a real estate developer. At an early age, the love for real estate was born. At 14, Ilya was accepted to Army and Navy Academy in Southern California, which prompted the move to the United States, a journey halfway around the World and a fulfillment of a childhood dream to live in America.
After graduating the military Academy, Ilya moved to San Francisco to continue studies, where he received a degree in Architecture and Interior Design and MBA in Business Administration and Management.
Since then, Ilya has been involved in private family real estate investments and held several positions in the financial field.
Today, Ilya is one of the most trusted real estate professionals in the industry.
