Ilyssa Ettelman has over six years of commercial real estate experience, with a core focus on the Broward and Miami-Dade office markets. Before joining CBRE, Ilyssa was an Associate at Colliers International from 2018-2020, and served as Senior Research Analyst at JLL prior to that. In that capacity, Ilyssa tracked and reported on key trends in local and regional markets through written and graphic deliverables of demographic, economic and general office market trends to support internal clients and external investors. Ilyssa graduated Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University.
