Ira Miller, is a full time licensed Realtor, Social Media Expert and Broker/Owner of IM Realty. Ira is not only a Real Estate Broker but also a state certified Residential Contractor and a state certified Home Inspector as well. Over the past twenty five years Ira has sold homes to over 1000 happy clients. In 2000 Ira started working for the “Properties of The Villages” until 2009. For those nine years, Ira consistently sold a minimum of forty homes per year. In 2009 Ira left “Properties of The Villages” and moved his Real Estate license to work under ERA Grizzard Real Estate. Ira soon be-came their number one agent for two consecutive years, 2012 and 2013. He was also named number one agent for last year, 2022. With his knowledge and success, Ira has chosen to open up his own brokerage in the beginning of 2023 where he uses State Of the Art techniques and Social Media Marketing to bring you a “New Age” broker-age for the 21st century.
