Irulian, a proud native Austinite and fifth-generation Texan, boasts over 7 years of expertise in the dynamic realm of commercial real estate. Prior to opening BreakAway, she was a Vice President of Industrial at Partners, and served as a Broker-Associate at Don Quick & Associates, where she honed her skills in curating exceptional industrial and office properties for her clients. At the beginning of her professional career, Irulian immersed herself in the world of hospitality after receiving a bachelor’s degree from The Culinary Institute of America in New York. With roles as a general manager and sommelier, she cultivated a deep appreciation for the service industry and urban market. This passion naturally evolved, leading her to facilitate the opening of new restaurant locations, ultimately introducing her to the landscape of commercial real estate. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Irulian collaborates with diverse service providers, navigating the landscape to discover ideal flagship locations and facilitate expansions.
