Bio
With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, I have built a diverse and highly specialized career spanning multifamily investments, tenant representation, and landlord advisory across multiple major markets. I began my career in Los Angeles, where I spent over a decade advising institutional owners, private investors, and growing companies on how to position their assets and negotiate from a place of clarity and strength. My work in Southern California included everything from ground-up multifamily development strategy to leasing advisory for office, creative, and retail product, allowing me to build a deep understanding of both the investor and occupier sides of the business. During my years in Los Angeles, I helped tenants secure spaces that aligned with long-term business goals while guiding landlords through market cycles, repositioning assignments, and stabilization plans. My exposure to complex, highly competitive submarkets sharpened my ability to evaluate deals quickly, anticipate barriers, and structure solutions that protect value and reduce friction for my clients. Over the past 8 years, I have brought that experience to Boulder and Denver, two of Colorado’s most dynamic and rapidly evolving commercial real estate markets. Here, my focus has expanded to include owner-operator advisory, behavioral health and medical office placements, small-business expansions, and value-add multifamily acquisition strategies. I’ve supported clients through everything from first-time office leases to multi-building portfolio evaluations, always grounding the work in pragmatic financial analysis and long-term growth planning. My approach is relationship-driven and data-informed: For tenants, I help define real estate requirements that move business objectives forward, not just fill space. For landlords, I advise on positioning, pricing, tenant mix strategy, and negotiation tactics that maximize absorption and retention. For investors, I bring a disciplined lens to multifamily underwriting, asset management planning, renovation strategies, and exit timing. Across both the Los Angeles and Colorado Front Range markets, I have become known for my ability to navigate complexity, communicate clearly, and align stakeholders toward outcomes that create sustained value. I am committed to delivering advisory that is transparent, strategic, and grounded in two decades of hands-on market experience—supporting clients through changing cycles, emerging opportunities, and the long-term evolution of their portfolios.
