Isaac oversees structured finance and tax advantaged investments. Since joining DDC in January 2022, Isaac has played a crucial role in sourcing, structuring, and closing over $650 million in financing. His expertise spans traditional loans, CMBS, Historic Tax Credit syndications, and agency loans.
Prior to joining DDC, Isaac worked at Freddie Mac in Multifamily Securitization. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His deep financial acumen and strategic approach to capital markets make him a key player in the evolving landscape of real estate finance.
