Bio
Isaac was born and raised in China. He came to the United States when he was 15 years old and immediately joined the Navy upon finishing high school. During his college years, he started 3 retail businesses: Macchiato, Tea & Amo, and Fun Factory. Since then, Isaac has successfully managed all 3 of his business franchises and corporations.
Now, he is mainly focused on retail consulting, strategically assisting tenants and landlords through his creativity and his “outside of the box” thinking. As an active commercial real estate investor, Isaac has specialized in identifying and guiding his clients for potential VALUE-ADD properties and on how to reposition the properties’ product type for investment purposes. He enjoys living an active lifestyle that includes basketball, surfing, and all things outdoors.
