Ishnella grew up in a family of residential real estate investors of single- family homes. While she was at the University of Houston main campus she received 3 Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology, Psychology and Sociology. During college she and her father started a commercial real estate company. She then went to the medical school at Baylor college of Medicine. She moved out to Santa Monica and did residency training in Psychiatry at UCLA, VA Hospital and Cedars.
Continuing their investing for close family and friends slowly grew to a decent size. When $60M was reached Dr. Azad quit medicine, moved back to Houston, and took on growing her company. No advertising nor website until the last couple years, through happy customers’ word of mouth, she grew her company alongside her father to $550MM in assets and 4.2 million square feet. Ishnella is COO, CRO and the investor development and capital raising and in the past year and a half she has gathered $70MM and made over 120 new investors. Her metrics are on track for getting her company to $1Billion in assets. In 2022 she was awarded as one of the top C-suite females in Houston Real Estate.
