Ivonne Arana is a specialist in the sale, acquisition, and valuation of preschools, Montessori schools, and early-education properties across Florida. With over 20 years of combined experience in real estate, school operations, and early-childhood education, she brings a uniquely informed perspective to every transaction.
Ivonne began her career in 2006 as a Montessori teacher and later earned her Master’s degree in Early Childhood & Elementary Education along with AMS credentials to teach children ages 3–12. In 2018, she founded and operated her own Montessori school, successfully growing it before selling it in 2020. That hands-on experience—hiring staff, managing licensing, navigating DCF, ELC, and Step Up programs, and running the daily operations—gives her rare insight into the operational value behind each school she represents.
Today, through Mindful Bloom Ventures, Ivonne focuses exclusively on helping buyers and sellers of preschools, daycare centers, Montessori programs, and early-education real estate. She supports clients with:
