Jack Barkley serves as Vice President, Industrial Leasing at Hillwood, where he performs a key role in leasing, developing, planning, and marketing the industrial portfolio at AllianceTexas. AllianceTexas spans over 27,000 acres and encompasses 64 million square feet of commercial development and over 600 corporate residents, many of whom are listed on the Fortune 500, Global 500, or Forbes' List of Top Private Companies. In addition to leasing Hillwood's owned-and-managed industrial portfolio and new industrial developments, Barkley focuses on land acquisitions to support continued growth at AllianceTexas.
Barkley joined Hillwood in 2016 and has more than 11 years of industry experience, including 10 years at Hillwood. He previously oversaw investment and development underwriting across all asset classes in Hillwood's finance department while managing the analyst team. He later cross-trained in Hillwood's retail leasing department, overseeing a year of high-volume lease activity and pad site transactions. His financial background and retail leasing experience provide a well-rounded perspective on the current real estate market.
