Bio
Jack is a professional engineer who has been a real estate investor for over 25 years. He specializes in commercial properties including office buildings, flex space, multi-use buildings, apartment buildings, and land. He can develop strategies for commercial property sales or leases. For investors, he will work with them to develop investment goals property searches. He started his commercial real estate career with First Liberty Partners in Chester County. Before that, he spent 7 years with Toll Brothers as a Land Acquisition specialist, analyzing properties through due diligence for highest and best use, reviewing zoning, demographics, site characteristics, site development work, and availability of utilities. He has a BS from Syracuse University and an MS from Northeastern University.
