Bio
I am a commercial real estate broker and development professional who believes that good places create lasting value. My work focuses on urban, mixed-use, and infill opportunities, with a particular emphasis on projects that strengthen neighborhoods and cities over the long term. In addition to my brokerage and development work, I serve as President of the Belle Morris Neighbors Association, Board President of YES! Knoxville, and as a committee member with the East Tennessee Community Design Center and the Historical Society. These roles keep me closely connected to Knoxville’s planning, regulatory, and community landscape. I bring a big-picture mindset to every assignment, paired with a practical understanding of how deals actually get done. Whether I’m advising on a downtown redevelopment, assembling land along a transit corridor, or working through entitlement and neighborhood concerns, my goal is to help clients navigate complexity and unlock durable value, financially and socially. I’m particularly drawn to projects that respect the human scale, enhance walkability, and contribute to the long-term health of the city. I believe the best real estate outcomes come from collaboration, local knowledge, and a clear understanding of how place, policy, and people intersect. Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, and firm believer in old houses, front porches, and knowing your neighbors. If you’re interested in thoughtful development or strategic commercial real estate in Knoxville, I’d welcome the conversation.
