Jack serves as an Executive Vice President on the office captial markets team in the Dallas-Fort Worth office. He is a highly skilled and accomplished commercial real estate executive, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of office buildings, mixed-use properties, and development sites. With a deep understanding of debt/equity markets, economic drivers, and property-level dynamics, he aligns investment capital with strategic real estate opportunities to maximize value and achieve financial objectives Throughout his career, Jack has successfully closed over $15 billion in transactions, working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and major domestic and international real estate owners. His expertise spans single asset and portfolio office sales as well as development tracts for office and mixed-use developments involving office, retail and multifamily where he can use past experience bringing together multiple asset classes. His track record extends throughout Texas and key national markets, including Boston, Atlanta, Memphis, Charlotte, Charleston, Miami, Phoenix, and New Orleans, among others. His strategic approach, financial acumen, and ability to bring together multiple operating disciplines make him a key leader in our Capital Markets division, driving value for clients and expanding the firm’s investment sales platform. Jack Crews brings over 30 years of experience in investment sales, acquisitions, and dispositions across Texas and beyond. Before joining Colliers, he spent 14 years at JLL as a Senior Managing Director, where he played a key role in the disposition and acquisition of office assets and development land sites. His leadership contributed to closing approximately $8.5 billion in assets, while also collaborating across business lines to secure debt/equity, leasing, property management, and tenant representation assignments. Prior to JLL, Jack was a Managing Director at Trammell Crow Company, where he led investment sales efforts and helped close $2 billion in assets. His ability to integrate capital markets expertise with leasing and property strategies has made him a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and major real estate owners.
