Jack Dent serves as a Managing Director of Portfolio Management at Berkshire. In his position, Jack is responsible for portfolio management three portfolios consisting of 36 properties, 12,000 units and 68,000 square feet of retail. He has been involved in over $4 billion in acquisitions, dispositions, and developments since joining Berkshire in 2007.
Prior to joining Berkshire, Jack served as the CEO of Sagebrush Capital Holdings, President of Village Green Management Company, in which he oversaw 30,000 multifamily units, and Senior Vice President of Asset and Property Management at JPI Partners.
Jack received a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University.
