Jack France serves as a Senior Associate with Colliers in the Dallas office. Jack is part of a 10-person team that has closed more than 500 transactions across 46 states with an aggregate value in excess of two billion dollars ($2,000,000,000). Jack joined Colliers in 2019 as an investment sales agent specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of retail properties. Jack is primarily focused on representing developers and private owners of multi-tenant retail centers and single-tenant NNN retail properties throughout Dallas Fort Worth and other major markets in the United States. Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Jack prides himself on his consultative and advisory approach with clients.
