I was in information technology and technology consulting for 30 years. I entered real estate in Greensboro and have been in the Wilmington - Cape Fear area for over 15 years. I have focused my business on real estate development, large tract and individual homesite sales, REO, commercial buildings & commercial land, new home and residential re-sales.
