With over 30 years in real estate, Jack Gross has built a reputation for leadership, innovation, and service. As President and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Cassidon Realty and Cassidon Property Management, he leads two dynamic companies serving Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. His teams operate from multiple offices and manage more than 500 residential and commercial units. Jack's industry expertise has earned recognition from organizations such as HUD, Fannie Mae, Citicorp, and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. He’s also the founder of Petra Holdings LLC and JG Properties, where he focuses on strategic redevelopment and investment projects.
Deeply involved in the real estate community, Jack is a past President of the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors and the Board of Directors for both the local and state associations, contributing to committees on Government Affairs and Education. Nationally, he sits on the Single Family Investment Management Committee for the National Association of Realtors. A licensed real estate instructor in Pennsylvania, Jack regularly teaches on topics such as leadership and building wealth through real estate. His insights have been featured in trade publications and public forums.
