Jack McKinney is a Managing Director in Stream’s Chicago office. As a member of the office leasing team, Jack’s focus is on representing office assets on behalf of institutional owners. Prior to joining Stream, Jack was a member of the Chicago Cushman & Wakefield team and joined the firm as part of their acquisition of J.F. McKinney & Associates.
Jack’s notable leasing assignments include 800 Fulton, 330 North Wabash, 131 South Dearborn, and 200 West Adams, as well as Asana Partners’ portfolio of historic Fulton Market properties. Jack previously leased the building formerly known as The John Hancock Center, as well as other iconic Chicago buildings such as 71 South Wacker, Illinois Center, and 55 West Monroe.
Jack began his career in commercial real estate with CBRE in Greater Chicago, where he worked as a global corporate services consultant, managing multi-market real estate transactions for several Fortune 1000 clients, including Sears.
