Jack Menashe has been a resident of the Lower East Side since the 1970s, where he began working in his family business and ultimately owned and operated two retail stores in the neighberhood. Jack works diligently to match each client to his or her perfect property. By majoring in business at Queens College and acquiring further education in the fields of Retail and Real Estate, Jack has developed a keen awareness of the versatile make-up of his clients and their needs. He has spent 55 years in the city and is a Lower East Side fanatic – he has been witness to its development, progress and adores its seemingly limitless opportunities. During his years enjoying the neighborhood, Jack found himself at the doorstep of Misrahi Realty Corp. where he started as the Property Manager, now he is a mindful Real Estate Agent, who is attentive to the details his clients need.
