Jack was born (Balboa Hospital) & raised (Helix High, '83) in San Diego/ La Mesa. After serving in the U.S. Air force (Stationed in New Mexico & Germany) he moved to L.A. & bar tended (The Dark Ages).
In '97 he moved back to San Diego with a plan to flip foreclosed homes. Jack & his business partner flipped 4 homes in less than 2 years. They were proud that they made nice homes for families.
In '99 Jack studied (Hard) & passed (1st try) the Ca. Real Estate Sales Person test and became a licensed Realtor.
In '03 Jack studied (Harder) & passed (Yep) Ca. Brokers test & became a Realtor & a Real Estate Broker. That's how Rowell Real Estate Services was born.
Jack has been on radio stations ESPN, KFMB, KPRZ & KCBQ as either co-host or as a real estate expert guest.
