Jack Sanders serves as a Director for the Investment Sales platform in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he works closely with Pam Koster, Mike Grippi, and Robert Bratley, providing multifamily investment sales solutions to clients throughout Colorado. Sanders has over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since 2023, he has been involved in the sale or financing of more than $230 million of multifamily transactions. Prior to joining Berkadia, Sanders served as a Director with JLL’s Denver Capital Markets team. Before multifamily brokerage, Sanders worked in equity raising, industrial brokerage, and multifamily development. Sanders holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder.
