Whether it involves existing wash acquisition or disposition, site-selection for greenfield development, complex sale/leaseback advisory, or strategically restructuring a wash to achieve its highest and best use for owner/operators. In 2023, Jack established himself as a specialist within the auto wash industry and is keenly focused on creating a long-term vision of adding value to clients by hyper specializing in a historically fragmented market.
Jack attended Texas Christian University and graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap following his employment at JLL in Dallas, TX and Castle Development Group in Southlake, TX. Aside from his passion for real estate, Jack loves traveling the world. Proficient in Spanish, he has enjoyed traveling to many Spanish-speaking countries across South America and Europe. Whether he is a leader on a mission trip, or simply relaxing on vacation, Jack finds great joy in immersing himself in different cultures.
