Jack Warmington joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2015 as an associate at the firm's Houston office, where he specializes in representing tenants in lease negotiations, including renewals, expansions and relocations. He also provides market research and lease analysis on various deals. Mr. Warmington works closely with his clients and enjoys working through the challenges of each deal.
Mr. Warmington previously worked as a leasing agent for Boxer Property. In this role, he managed approximately 400,000 square feet in leasing assignments in the Galleria Area and completed more than 100 transactions. Mr. Warmington's background in landlord representation enables him to understand and analyze both sides of a transaction and provide his clients with strategic recommendations.
A native Houstonian, Mr. Warmington attended The Kinkaid School before graduating from The University of Alabama, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree. While attending the university, he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
In addition, Mr. Warmington worked as a strength and conditioning intern with the University of Alabama men's basketball, football and tennis teams. He is still a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and when away from work, he maintains his passion for sports medicine and fitness as a licensed strength and conditioning specialist. Mr. Warmington is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.
