Bio
Jackie Wu is a highly trusted and experienced real estate advisor
and agent with over 20 years of expertise in both residential and
commercial real estate. Previously, Jackie worked as an
accountant and financial analyst, which has given her a unique
perspective in the industry. Her analytical skills are an asset when
researching, investigating, and analyzing market conditions,
forecasting economic and market trends, developing strategic
plans, and identifying and valuating properties to help clients
achieve their real estate goals.
Due in part to Jackie’s ability to bridge cultural differences
between U.S. and China, she was able to successfully manage
over 60 commercial clients with the Industrial and Commercial
Bank of China in Shanghai, China. She arranged joint venture
partnerships between foreign investors and U.S. developers and
advised and recommended sites for foreign corporations with their
first American subsidiaries.
Jackie's expertise extends to acquisition and disposition of luxury
residential homes, condominiums, and multi-family properties
throughout New Jersey. In 2007, Jackie advised her investor
clients to sell properties just before the real estate crisis, resulting
in maximum profit and high client satisfaction. In 2013, Coldwell
Banker Commercial NRT recognized Jackie's exceptional
performance as the recipient of the “Largest Closed Single
Transaction by Volume” award.
Jackie holds a Master of Science in Accounting, an accreditation
in the Bank Executive Program in Financial Management, and a
Certificate as a Negotiation Expert. She has also pursued real
estate development and investment and has earned an executive
program certificate from Monmouth University, as well as
completed extensive continuing education from NAIOP.
